Destroy the Icon Progress 1
I follow a lot of accounts on Instagram that dive into analyzing iconic pop culture movements in the late 20th century and early 2000's. I decided to use these accounts as my inspiration when looking for my first picture to start with. I decided to go with this picture of Sharon Tate because she is someone idolized and remembered unfortunately for her terrible death, rather than the life she led. I am excited to play around with photoshop to see how it goes!
I think that you can do a lot with this image. You have a lot to work with in regards to the different patterns and colors within the image. Her pose it also a plus because their is many things or places you could put where she could be in a sitting position as well. I look forward to seeing your iterations.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Dejah, I think there is a lot that you can do with the image. An idea for something that you could do is maybe crop her out of the image and then do something with cigarettes like the one she is holding? I can't wait to see what you end up with!

ReplyDeleteI think this image is so fun and interesting and I feel like their's a lot you can do with it. I look forward to seeing what you do! I'm also curious to know what your themes/concepts/aesthetics & vibes are, however I also know that it's sometimes something that is worked out while editing.
