For this project, I have been taking scans of my room and editing them on top of each other with iterations and distorting effects. I am still working on improving the concept, but I have been trying to add on to my theme from the last project.

  I follow a lot of accounts on Instagram that dive into analyzing iconic pop culture movements in the late 20th century and early 2000's. I decided to use these accounts as my inspiration when looking for my first picture to start with. I decided to go with this picture of Sharon Tate because she is someone idolized and remembered unfortunately for her terrible death, rather than the life she led. I am excited to play around with photoshop to see how it goes!

Cyclical Nature of Things- Progress 2

  During the past few weeks, I have been trying to make a routine of drawing when I am not in a good mood, which has been more common than not when dealing with moving and bad roommates. I decided to scan some of my drawings and blend them together and I think it is creating a pretty cool effect. I am thinking about incorporating this into my project, and placing the lava lamp in the room.
