For my second object, I chose to use the chains overlaying this heart photo I found on Google. I think the chains across the washer will create an element of mystery into what is inside.

  I am pretty happy with the progress of these photos, I think the trees and sky have created some really cool effects against the windows. Each photo in this series progresses to the third having the most layers. I think my favorite may be the second one, as I life the effects in the bottom left corner. I am not sure if I should try to add to these, or if they feel mostly finished.

Destroy the Icon Progress 1

  I follow a lot of accounts on Instagram that dive into analyzing iconic pop culture movements in the late 20th century and early 2000's. I decided to use these accounts as my inspiration when looking for my first picture to start with. I decided to go with this picture of Sharon Tate because she is someone idolized and remembered unfortunately for her terrible death, rather than the life she led. I am excited to play around with photoshop to see how it goes!
